The table “Worst Case Actual Junction Temperature for Selected TAU Readings” shows, for selected TAU
readings (register settings at which the TAU is programmed to signal an exception), the worst case highest
and lowest actual junction temperatures at which the TAU could signal the interrupt. This table applies only to
uncalibrated units. Readings for temperatures not shown can be extrapolated from the points in the table.
