Clocking and Pipelining

decodingꢀandꢀexecutionꢀfunctions.ꢀInꢀthisꢀway,ꢀoneꢀT1~T4ꢀclockꢀcycleꢀformsꢀoneꢀinstructionꢀcycle.ꢀ
