8.2.7.7 Read LUDefTable (RDLUDEF)
RDLUDEF reads LUDefTable at a specified entry and stores the result in the LUDefCopy register field in the
shared memory pool.The TSE can read LUDefTable while picocode builds a key because RDLUDEF is
executed asynchronously.
