Temporary Sector Unprotect Mode
This feature allows temporary unprotection of previously
protected sector to change data in-system. This mode is
activated by setting the
RESET
pin to V
ID
(10V-10.5V).
During this mode, all formerly protected sectors are

selecting the sector addresses. Once V

pin, all the previously protected sectors are
protected again.
