NOTE 1: An overvoltage equal to 1.5 VR for 30 ms is permitted 1000 times during the life time of the capacitor.  
The amplitudes of the overvoltages that may be tolerated without significant reduction of the life time for the  
capacitor depends on their duration, the number of application, and the capacitor temperature.  
In addition these values assume that the overvoltages may appear when the internal temperature of the  
capacitor is less than 0 °C but within the temperature category.  
NOTE 2: The average applied voltage must not be higher than the specified voltage.
