128COM/160SEG 16 Gray Scale Level LCD Driver
1 General Description
The EM65101 is an LCD controller for 16-level gray scale graphic dot-matrix liquid
crystal display system. It is a (160 x 128) for segment and common driver circuit. It has
a built-in display RAM, a power supply circuit for LCD driver. It also supports EEPROM
function for programming information to tune the VLCD offset voltage to get the best
contrast which helps in compacting system design. Its “partial display”1 function
realizes results in low power consumption.
