Description.
Buzzer control input. When Connected BUZIN to -3V turns the buzzer
on.(2.0 KHZ continue signal)
74 BUZOUT Buzzer output. Audio frequency (2.0KHz) output which drives a
piezoelectric buzzer.

Phase output 1,for capacitance measurement.
Phase output 2,for capacitance measurement.
Phase output 3,for capacitance measurement.
