Fine Input Gain (unsigned integer)
Gain = 20 ´ log(IG/16384)
[IG is the unsigned integer value in the ‘Fine Input Gain’ field]
Fine input gain adjustment should be kept within the range 0dB to -3.5dB.
Bits 15 must be set to ‘1’ and bit 14 cleared to ‘0’.

Used to compensate for inherent offsets in the FM discriminator signal input. It is recommended that the offset
is kept within the range +/-50mV.
Bits 15 and 14 must both be cleared to 0.
