Up to 12 ASCII characters. Default is an empty string. The X.25 user data field which is sent when the  
X.25 call is established.

%D0 (Default receive Window Size (Negotiated))  
Defines the default maximum number of X.25 packets that may be received before an  
acknowledgement is sent, only in use if %B0=0.
