ADATA 800MHz/667MHz DDR2 memory is available in U-DIMM and SO-DIMM form factors, accommodating
desktops and notebooks. Modules deliver double data rate SDRAM bolstered by FBGA (Fine-pitch Ball Grid Array)
packaging on a 240-pin/204-pin (U-DIMM/SO-DIMM) glass-epoxy printed circuit board. Running at 1.8V and 800MHz,
transmission bandwidth reaches 6,400MB/s in the PC2-6400 specification. With 667MHz clocks, transmission
bandwidth goes up to 5,300MB/s in the PC2-5300 specification.
