Features
PIN diode attenuators are primarily used in applications where control
power level is needed (i.e. in system like AGC (Automatic Gain Control).
These attenuators are current-controlled and can be proposed in a wide
range of frequency from 0.5 to 18 GHz.
They provide a wide dynamic range up to 48 dB with high performances,
and bandwidth greater than octave bandwidth.
Description
The Axxx series Silicon PIN diode attenuators are designed for narrow & broadband application with
high power capability up to 5W CW. TEMEX offers small and hermetic packages for better integration
and custom design.
