designed for telecommunications and digital
video broadcasting. With
800 MHz of
instantaneous bandwidth,
the amplifier
can be used from 6.4 to 7.125 GHz. The
module provides 14 dB of linear gain, has a
P1dB of +37 dBm, and an OIP3 of +47
dBm. The unit uses the latest surface mount
technologies to provide numerous features,
while maintaining a very small size.
