When one input pin is “H” and another is “L”, and pin3 connect to GND with a zener diode; Vzd is the voltage
between pin3 and GND.
V1 = Vzd + 2Vbe @ 7.4V + 2 * 0.7V = 8.8V
V2 = Vbe + Vsat @ 0.2V + 0.7V = 0.9V
