The IDT29FCT2052AT/BT/CT/DT is an 8-bit registered transceiver  
builtusinganadvanceddualmetalCMOStechnology.Two8-bitback-to-  
backregistersstoredataflowinginbothdirectionsbetweentwobidirectional  
buses.Separateclock,clockenableand3-stateoutputenablesignals are  
providedforeachregister. BothAoutputs andBoutputs are guaranteed  
tosink64mA.  
True TTL input and output compatibility  
VOH = 3.3V (typ.)  
VOL = 0.3V (typ.)  
Meets or exceeds JEDEC standard 18 specifications  
Product available in Radiation Tolerant and Radiation Enhanced  
versions

The IDT29FCT2052AT/BT/CThas balanceddrive outputs withcurrent  
limitingresistors. This offers lowgroundbounce,minimalundershootand  
controlledoutputfalltimes-reducingtheneedforexternalseriesterminating  
resistors. The IDT29FCT2052T part is a plug-in replacement for the  
IDT29FCT52T part.
